Where is Cordiland Inc located?
We coordinate sourcing activities around the globe. Our products are shipped from our headquarter in New York City.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We welcome business from everyone. We will ship any order any size.

What is your turn-around time?
We ship all our merchandise within 48 hours after your order has been processed. Usually within 1 business day.

Is delivery included?
Shipping starts at $5.99 and all additional items are shipped free of charged. Please check back our site for special promotion on shipping time to time.

What if I live outside of United States?
Unfortunately, we do not ship our products outside the United States at this time. 

What is your return policy?
We have a no hassle return policy. Items that has been unworn and unwashed can be returned for exchange or credit within 20 days of purchase. In our effort to deliver the best quality service, there is a 15% restocking fee for each merchandise returned. Exchanges and credit do not include shipping charges. 

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
